This luxurious property will comprise of 99 hotel rooms and 11 residences. The hotel rooms will be large and luxurious coming in several layouts including, deluxe, grand deluxe, luxury and terrace. There will be six two-bedroom and five three-bedroom residences, ideal for families or groups. The residences will all have individually designed, spacious living spaces and state of the art kitchens offering guests great flexibility.
